Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty: FamilySAFE Certified, In-Home Storm Shelters (the “Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser that the unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, Manufacturer’s obligation is limited to repair or replace, at no cost to the Distributor or Purchaser any units that do not comply with such warranty.

It is impossible to predict or test all conditions that may occur during severe weather, including hurricanes and tornadoes, or to prevent injuries or loss of life from the use of storm shelters during severe weather, or to prevent blockage of the Unit due to debris caused by such severe weather. Consequently, the Manufacturer and Distributor cannot guarantee the use of the Unit during severe weather will prevent personal injuries up to and including loss of life. Use at own risk.
Purchaser, individually and on behalf of its invitees, heirs, and assigns, releases Manufacturer and Distributor and their respective employees, and agents from liability and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Manufacturer and Distributor harmless against any and all claims, injuries, or damages related to the design, manufacture, purchase, installation, or use of the Unit.
